My skills range from patient facing to health information and billing. My journey in the medical field started as a Certified Dental Assistant/Front Office Coordinator, where I developed my passion and experience in revenue cycle management. My diversity in the medical field allowed me the knowledge of understanding the need for satisfactory in-patient care goes beyond the service. The establishment of a patient relationship is measured by the Overall experience and that includes accuracy, attention to detail, and ethical timely filing of claims for increased reimbursement turnaround and a decrease in denials.
